Because every item is custom-printed to order, processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Once production is complete, shipping typically takes an additional 5 to 7 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 8 to 12 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
Under what conditions can I return or get a refund?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for cases such as incorrect items, printing defects, or products that do not match the description. To be eligible, items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items and provide clear photo or video evidence so we can process your request promptly.
Why can't I return my item after leaving a 1-star review?
We strive to resolve all concerns through direct communication and mutual cooperation. When a 1-star review is posted for an order, our system treats it as a finalized transaction and the claim case is closed. How should I care for my printed t-shirts to make them last?
To keep your prints vibrant and long-lasting, we recommend turning the garment inside out before washing and using cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid using harsh detergents or ironing directly on the printed area. For drying, hang the item in a cool area or use a low-heat tumble dry setting to maintain the best fabric quality and fit over time.
