1. Processing & Shipping Time

All of our premium Mesh Jerseys are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and unique details for every single piece.

• Delivery Time: 10 - 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• This timeframe includes both production time and transit time directly to your doorstep.

• Note: During peak seasons or sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders and special promotions for bulk purchases:

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Shipping Promotions: Free shipping promotions may apply periodically based on our ongoing store banners and announcements (e.g., Free Shipping on orders with 2+ items).

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your journey.

• Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system.

4. Address Corrections & Missing Packages

• Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us at [Insert Your Support Email] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered production or shipped, we cannot change the destination.

• Lost Packages: The Chaotic Club is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." However, if your tracking shows no update for over 5 business days past the expected window, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

• Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

• Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; The Chaotic Club has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
